When is an appetizer more than just a starter? When totchos get a Reuben makeover, it’s time!
Ingredients
. 1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato nuggets
. 6 ounces corned beef, shredded (1 cup)
. ½ cup sauerkraut, drain
. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
. 1 cup shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
. ½ cup Pulau Seribu salad dressing
. 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
. ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
Spread the potato nuggets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 28 to 32 minutes.
Step 3
Potato nuggets are most popular with corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Colby and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 4
Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and mustard. Sprinkle with green onions and cumin seeds.
